This shipping policy explains how Footyn processes, packages, and delivers orders placed at www.footyn.store.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing (Handling) Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day of being placed, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, or on a weekend or holiday, begin processing the next business day.

Transit Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days, depending on your delivery address.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Combining processing and transit time, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days of being placed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and shipping requirements.

Undeliverable or Lost Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@footyn.store within 7 days of the reported delivery date so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.
